Wake Forest Presidential Ball

Produced in a compressed four-week window, this event celebrated outgoing Wake Forest President Susan Wente across three distinct experiences in one evening.

• Converted the university stadium to host all three phases of the celebration.
• Curated an intimate 200-person program for the president's friends and family, faculty, and media, with a dedicated VIP area and a standalone stage featuring its own music, lighting, and florals.
• Transitioned into a larger student celebration for 2,500+ students, featuring a draped photo area and food stations throughout the venue.
• Closed the evening with a full DJ party from 10 p.m. on, anchored by custom builds, florals, and majestic ferns for greenery, depth, and dimension, along with chandeliers and lighting design to pull the space together.
• Created and implemented a full risk-assessment plan for the event.
• Worked with stakeholders to align on event goals, objectives, and strategy from the outset.
• Led the event from concept through completion using in-depth project management.
