President's Cup Hospitality Week 2022

Produced a multi-night hospitality series for First Citizens Bank around the 2022 Presidents Cup, hosting clients attending Quail Hollow alongside additional North Carolina-based clients.

• Staged a dedicated VIP hospitality lounge for First Citizens Bank clients during the week of the Presidents Cup tournament, branded throughout with custom furnishings, signage, and swag, with hosted drinks, light refreshments, and food themed to the event served throughout the day.
• Designed a rotating evening hospitality programme for VIP guests at unique venues, with each evening offering activations, engagement, dinner, and a networking reception throughout tournament week.
• At each evening event, guests had the opportunity to network and engage with professional caddies.
• Incorporated an interactive VR golf simulation experience into the hospitality programming.
• Hosted a panel moderated by First Citizens Bank leadership and wealth management, featuring three professional caddies who offered insight into life on the tournament circuit and the professional golfing world.
• Hosted a networking reception and dinner for attending clients.
• Closed each evening with a Caddie Bay experience, giving guests hands-on practice time with a professional caddie.
• Managed a full transportation book for Presidents Cup tournament week, ensuring all guests traveled safely to and from Quail Hollow Club.
• Created and implemented a full risk-assessment plan for the event.
• Worked with stakeholders to align on event goals, objectives, and strategy from the outset.
• Led the event from concept through completion using in-depth project management.
