Overview

Produced the 2022 edition of C.A.R.E., the biannual national conference for dental companies operating within the Affordable Care network, running in 2022, 2024, and 2026. The images shown are from 2022, presented as a sample of that conference work.

  • Directed a general session featuring keynote speakers and an awards banquet.
  • Built a trade show floor giving vendors dedicated time to meet with attending guests.
  • Programmed breakout and learning sessions across multiple tracks.
  • Produced robust evening receptions and dinners carrying the event's coastal theme throughout.
  • Staged an off-site party aboard a private yacht, featuring cigar rollers, live music, and fireworks over the water.
  • Sent guests home with branded swag as they departed the yacht.
  • Onboarded and developed an on-site implementation team covering registration, wayfinding, transportation, production, and logistics.
  • Created and implemented a full risk-assessment plan for the event.
  • Worked with stakeholders to align on event goals, objectives, and strategy from the outset.
  • Led the event from concept through completion using in-depth project management.
