Pepsi PBV Annual Conference & Awards Banquet

Produced Pepsi's annual internal sales kickoff and awards banquet for the PBV sales team, running 2022–2026 and hosted predominantly in Raleigh, NC. One year featured a Top Gun theme.

• One year was built around a Top Gun theme, carried through the graphics, LED lighting, general session design, art direction, and content.
• Directed an awards banquet and keynote speaker session, paired with ample networking throughout.
• Briefed the internal sales team on new product launches and sales figures, celebrating the team's success.
• Created and implemented a full risk-assessment plan for the event.
• Worked with stakeholders to align on event goals, objectives, and strategy from the outset.
• Led the event from concept through completion using in-depth project management.
