Amgen Groundbreaking & Ribbon-Cutting

Produced a double-header groundbreaking and ribbon-cutting for Amgen in Holly Springs, NC, marking their offices and a new on-site office building, following an original groundbreaking produced for Amgen in 2022.

• Brought patients on site to share their patient stories and the importance of Amgen's work, hosted with white-glove treatment.
• Flew in global Amgen leadership for the event.
• Hosted a media breakfast and staged a large on-site marquee for press, media, and refreshments.
• Directed a speaker program alongside two dedicated photo moments — the ribbon-cutting and the groundbreaking with branded shovels.
• Closed with guided tours of the plant for attendees.
• Partnered with Amgen's marketing and communications team on all creative and the surrounding marketing communications plan, including filming, photography, drone footage, and interviews, edited into one cohesive package.
• Created and implemented a full risk-assessment plan for the event.
• Worked with stakeholders to align on event goals, objectives, and strategy from the outset.
• Led the event from concept through completion using in-depth project management.
