Produced nCino's 2024 flagship client conference in Charlotte, anchored by a large-format general session and an elevated attendee experience across the convention center.

• Directed general-session staging, lighting and multi-camera broadcast for a full-house audience.
• Advised and supported C-suite and executive leadership, including CEO Pierre Naudé, in the development and delivery of the general-session keynote.
• Partnered alongside an agency in parallel, creating synergy and collaboration across technical production, audio-visual design, and talent management to deliver a new dynamic and elevated experience.
• Managed registration, wayfinding and attendee flow across the convention center.
• Managed the production team's load-in and load-out across the venue.
• Strategized and built the event across multiple verticals to ensure all goals and objectives were met, with clear delivery for partners, community partners, and activations.
• Onboarded and developed an on-site implementation team covering registration, wayfinding, transportation, production, and logistics.
• Created and implemented a full risk-assessment plan for the event.
• Led the event from concept through completion using in-depth project management.
