Produced an invite-only evening showcase in Rome, pairing member-hotel destination presentations with a refined reception for top corporate buyers and travel trade.

• Staged the showcase at a floodlit historic villa, welcoming guests at dusk into the courtyard.
• Built destination stations for participating member properties — Palais Namaskar Marrakech, The Chedi Muscat, and Château de la Messardière Saint-Tropez among them — each hosted by its GM or DSM, with the Château de la Messardière board paired with VIP welcome gifts for hosted-buyer appointments.
• Curated the guest list to the top tier of corporate buyers and travel trade.
• Served a passed canapé and bespoke dessert program throughout the reception.
• Sent guests home with VIP welcome gifts from partner brands.
• Created and implemented a full risk-assessment plan for the event.
• Worked with stakeholders to align on event goals, objectives, and strategy from the outset.
• Led the event from concept through completion using in-depth project management.
