Private Function, Haberdashers' Hall, London
Haberdashers' Hall, Central London, United Kingdom
Overview
An invitation-only London function bringing exclusive buyers and client guests together inside a livery hall transformed into an indoor garden, with a central reflection pool, classical singers and musicians, and a nature theme woven through every touchpoint.
- Built an indoor garden concept in the hall, banking spring bulbs, daffodils, hyacinth, and hellebore around the room and along every display table.
- Set a mirrored reflection pool at the centre of the space, edged in florals so the gilded dome and balconies of the hall doubled in the surface.
- Programmed live classical entertainment throughout the evening — a vocal ensemble, soprano soloist, string players, and pianist performing against a large-format LED wall of member-property imagery.
- Laid out member hotel display tables around the perimeter so buyers could move hotel to hotel for one-to-one conversation.
- Curated the guest list tightly to high-value buyers and client guests, generating over 60 in-person meetings across the event.
- Carried the nature theme into food and beverage with garden-styled canapé presentations and floral plating details.
- Created and implemented a full risk-assessment plan for the event.
- Worked with stakeholders to align on event goals, objectives, and strategy from the outset.
- Led the event from concept through completion using in-depth project management.
