IMEX — Curated Private Event

An exclusive, invitation-only LHW reception at Villa Kennedy staged in parallel to the IMEX trade show, pairing curated buyers and prospects with member hotels in the property's courtyard and meeting spaces.

• Coupled the event to the IMEX show calendar, curating an invitation list of high-value buyers and prospective buyers for a private evening away from the show floor.
• Used the hotel's garden courtyard as the main reception space, taking advantage of the warm weather, with the indoor meeting spaces as connected lounge and display areas.
• Created a larger-format display system to showcase LHW member properties, with buyers moving between hotel panels for one-to-one conversations.
• Designed a modern minimalist environment of white LED lounge furniture, illuminated cocktail tables, and violet and amber uplighting.
• Anchored the courtyard with oversized color balloon installations for an airy, celebratory arrival moment.
• Programmed a passed and stationed food and beverage service — mini sliders, dessert shooters, and a macaron and verrine display — across both spaces.
• Created and implemented a full risk-assessment plan for the event.
• Worked with stakeholders to align on event goals, objectives, and strategy from the outset.
• Led the event from concept through completion using in-depth project management.
