An exclusive evening for First Citizens Bank's Boston wealth clients, hosting 150 guests at the Institute of Contemporary Art with a private gallery viewing, buffet dinner, economic presentation, and panel discussion.

• Led strategy and planning for First Citizens Bank's Boston wealth client audience from concept through to completion.
• Hosted 150 Boston wealth clients and wealth management guests for an evening at the Institute of Contemporary Art.
• Handled all vendors and venue, including contracts and negotiation.
• Conducted risk assessment with the venue and the First Citizens Bank security team for the on-site presence of Chairwoman Hope Bryant.
• Coordinated a private gallery viewing for all guests as part of the evening program.
• Programmed welcome drinks, a full buffet dinner, and a presentation and panel discussion featuring Phil Neuhart, Chief Economist with First Citizens Bank.
• Organized the production schedule and run of show, and provided technical direction throughout.
• Worked with production partners on lighting, audio, and every technical aspect of the evening.
• Managed the external catering company for all food and beverage.
• Organized all branded collateral aligned to the event, including gifting, thank-you cards, and hero imagery.
• Ensured accessibility for all guests and worked with the local Boston team on event collateral on site.
• Created and implemented a full risk-assessment plan for the event.
• Worked with stakeholders to align on event goals, objectives, and strategy from the outset.
• Led the event from concept through completion using in-depth project management.
