First Citizens Bank VIP Event, Charlotte 2025

An intimate First Citizens Wealth client experience built around a golf-themed narrative, staged in a Murano-chandeliered ballroom with a seated dinner and a moderated panel.

• Designed the ballroom in a soft ivory and silver palette — champagne linens, low white rose and hydrangea centerpieces, and blue uplighting keyed to the First Citizens brand.
• Built a low-profile stage with lounge seating for a moderated panel, flanked by dual LED screens carrying the “Tee-Up Tomorrow's Success” content arc.
• Programmed the room graphics as a round of golf, moving guests from “Have You Found the Right Partner?” through “Are You Ready for the Back Nine?”
• Ran a seated dinner service for VIP clients and advisors, with branded signage and wayfinding throughout the pre-function space.
• Produced a branded gifting table of First Citizens Wealth caps and golf towels for departing guests.
• Created and implemented a full risk-assessment plan for the event.
• Worked with stakeholders to align on event goals, objectives, and strategy from the outset.
• Led the event from concept through completion using in-depth project management.
