Produced First Citizens Bank – Silicon Valley Bank's annual awards banquet and incentive trip, recognizing the division's leading bankers and executives — established as its own program following First Citizens Bank's acquisition of SVB.

2026 edition held in the Florida Keys.
Worked on this event for a full year, leading strategy, design, and content creation from the ground up.
Collaborated on all design aspects and developed the general session and overarching event theme, imagery, and graphics for both the morning session and awards evening, woven consistently through the entire event.
Produced three days of programming, including a Swag Store and a beach-side Surf Shack swag activation on the welcome reception and dinner on the beach.
Directed a general session featuring a keynote speaker.
Closed with an awards evening followed by dinner on an event lawn.
Partnered with a West Coast DMC on decor and theming, creating synergy for the event.
Created and implemented a full risk-assessment plan for the event.
Worked with stakeholders to align on event goals, objectives, and strategy from the outset.
Led the event from concept through completion using in-depth project management.
